Support Groups in Seattle
In an uncertain time, it’s easy to become more isolated by turning inward, managing quietly, and carrying more than we were meant to hold alone. This is when community matters most.
At Thrive for the People, we believe that meaningful change doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in relationships. To support this, our licensed mental health therapists are facilitating weekly virtual support groups. These drop-in groups offer a consistent, grounding space for individuals who are thoughtful, self-aware, and intentional about their mental health and well-being.
This is a space to show up honestly, to listen and be heard, and to engage with others who value depth, reflection, and growth.
You don’t have to do this alone.
