You’re scared that if you let yourself really feel, it’ll all come crashing down. Maybe you’ll cry and never stop. Maybe the pain is too deep, so you keep it locked up. You tell yourself it’s better not to go there. You’ve learned to survive that way.
You might be reaching out now because you are burnt out, lonely, and know that how you’ve been moving through the world is not sustainable. You keep yourself busy so you don’t have to slow down. It’s easier that way. When things get quiet, your chest tightens, and you quickly find something else to do.
You’re not sure how to be with what’s inside—it seems too overwhelming, or maybe just out of reach.
You live in your head. Thinking feels safe. But your body? You try not to notice it. When someone asks what it’s like to be in your body, you freeze. You don’t really have the words. Sometimes you get headaches or your stomach hurts, but you don’t think much about why—it just happens.
You're not meant to carry this alone.

I can hold space for the life you have lived, the parts you are still figuring out, and the possibility you can not yet imagine. Together, we will look at both the pain and the beauty, so you can move forward with more clarity and trust in yourself.
If nothing changes, the weight you’re carrying might only grow heavier. The same painful patterns could keep repeating, relationships might stay strained, and the disconnection from yourself could deepen. The fear that things will never get better might become even harder to ignore.
But if steps are taken now, there’s hope for healing and clarity. You might begin to feel more in control of your life, more present in your relationships, and more rooted in your sense of self.
You could begin to trust yourself again—or maybe for the first time.
Together, we will explore new coping strategies that help you move away from habits that feel numbing or distracting. We’ll discover supportive ways to navigate challenges, ease stress, and reconnect with the parts of life that bring you joy. Along the way, we will gently uncover patterns in relationships and behaviors that may no longer reflect who you are—or who you’re becoming.
