If you are someone who struggles with vulnerability, loneliness, people-pleasing behaviors, and avoiding conflict, I can help. You may long for love, belonging, safety, and truly mattering to the people around you. Yet, you find yourself being held back by anxiety, shame, guilt, and fear of failure. You might be afraid of relying on others and getting “too close” to others. I love working with clients who are ready to improve their relationships with friends, family, partners, and themselves. I can help you learn to trust, nurture, and understand yourself. With this trust, you can establish meaningful and quality relationships with others. You are not alone. We all experience loss, disappointments, fear, and pain. We are meant to be in relationship with others and need each other for support and care.
I help clients find deeper honesty in themselves by developing a strong sense of who they are and what they need. Also, I believe the greatest relationship is the one we have with ourselves. I believe that we heal in relationships when we can feel a sense of care and belonging. It is my goal to help clients know themselves and live a more meaningful life.
My services are available for individuals and couples. I hold a feminist and anti-oppression lens in my work. Also, I value and respect the diverse and intersecting backgrounds, identities, and experiences of my clients. I enjoy working with the LGBTQ community. I value sex-positivity, anti-racism, and the Health at Every Size movement.

I was born in Washington and grew up as the youngest child in an adventurous family with big personalities. As an intuitive, social, introvert, I’ve always been drawn to deep relationships while also carving out space to nurture myself. Learning to see my sensitive nature as a strength, along with my love for people’s stories led me to pursue a career in psychotherapy.
I live in Seattle with my partner and German Shorthaired Pointer. I love to be in the mountains or near a body of water, making the Pacific Northwest a privilege to call home. I enjoy running and finding fun ways to compete and challenge myself. Other ways I nurture my soul include reading, eating good food, traveling and being with my people.
I am a wife, friend, daughter, and sister. My relationships are deeply important to me and have shaped who I am today. I am an athlete, finding joy and fulfillment through the physical and mental challenges of endurance running. I am a spiritual person, asking difficult questions and seeking existential meaning.
I spent 10 years living in Southern California where I attended undergraduate school and graduate school. Before pursuing my Master’s, I worked in Uganda where I participated in development work for a post-conflict community.
I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Vanguard University. Afterwards, I received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope University.

I am not paneled with any insurance company. My clients attend therapy on an out-of-network basis or pay for sessions out of pocket. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance company prior to our first meeting. Ask what the out-of-network reimbursement would be for outpatient in-person or online psychotherapy. The specific amount of this reimbursement depends on your plan. I will provide you with the statements your insurance requires.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
